Amicreative is a Pacific Northwest artist-owned stationery and gift brand inspired by color, storytelling, Indian heritage, and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Every collection is created from original artwork by founder and illustrator Amita Nair and shared with customers and retailers across the country.
We're currently looking for a part-time Studio Operations Assistant to help support inventory preparation and fulfillment behind the scenes.
Studio Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
This is a great opportunity for a high school or college student, someone looking for flexible side work, or anyone interested in gaining real-world experience inside a growing artist-led small business.
This role involves repetitive, detail-oriented inventory preparation tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, working with their hands, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities Include
- Prepping and packaging products to fulfillment-ready standards
- Maintaining inventory prep levels across product categories
- Organizing inventory and keeping the workspace orderly
- Supporting a smooth workflow for wholesale and retail orders
- Reporting low inventory or supply needs

Over Time, This Role May Expand Into
- Pulling and packing orders
- Shipping support
- Inventory organization and restocking

- Able to follow systems and prep standards consistently
- Comfortable being on your feet and handling light to moderate boxes
- Reliable transportation to reach the workspace in the Renton area
- Someone who takes pride in doing careful, accurate work and can be counted on to follow through
- Interest in art, stationery, merchandising, or small business is a plus
Work Environment
Work takes place in a quiet, organized studio storage workspace in the Renton area. The environment is independent and hands-on. Internet access is limited, so this role is best suited for someone comfortable working without constant connectivity. Downloaded playlists and podcasts are welcome.
Details
- Starting at approximately 5–6 hours per week, with opportunity for additional hours over time
- Initial weeks may include additional hours for onboarding and inventory catch-up
- Flexible scheduling
- Starting pay: $20–22/hour depending on experience
- No previous experience required — training provided
- References may be requested
